What the role involves
We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to work with us as Independent Consultants within the personal and professional development sector.
Your work will include:

• Discovery conversations: Speak with prospective clients and explore whether our programmes may be suitable for them.
• Client guidance: Provide clear information about our personal development programmes and help people understand their options.
• Relationship development: Build and maintain professional relationships through phone, Zoom and email.
• Digital marketing: Learn and implement established digital marketing and client-acquisition strategies.
• Professional development: Participate in structured training, mentoring and ongoing development.
• Independent working: Manage your own schedule, activity and priorities within an established framework.

What you already bring
You don't need to come from sales or marketing.
What matters more is the professional experience you've already developed.
This may suit you if you:

• Are a Registered Nurse or experienced healthcare professional
• Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
• Are comfortable with responsibility and making decisions
• Can work independently and take initiative
